Aside from being a high-quality and in-depth chatbot, Perplexity allows you to switch between language models within the chatbot interface to receive more accurate answers. This feature is available to PRO users, and here’s how to do it:
Open Perplexity AI in your browser and log in to your account.
Click on the gear icon (settings) in the bottom left corner of the interface and open the settings menu.
In the settings menu, look for the AI models under Perplexity Pro.
Choose a model; currently, you can find models like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, and more models are expected to be added over time.
Save your selection, and you’re all set. The next prompt will give you an answer from the model you selected.
