However, Amazon Q understands the business in a way that ChatGPT cannot because it is connected to all of the company’s systems. It operates as an entity capable of answering any organization-related question.
For example, you can ask Amazon Q which channel generated the highest online sales revenue and receive a personalized response based on your business data. Another example – you can give it access to your blog and ask it to create short social media posts from the branded content.
Amazon Q provides the source from which it draws the answer. This means you will know which sources it uses and can verify the information.
Amazon Q is integrated with services like AWS Quicksight, allowing you to use it to build dashboards and visual displays for data.

Yes. Amazon has taken into account the issue of using Amazon Q in companies, and it is aware of which systems they can access. If a team member cannot access data without Q, they also cannot access it with Q.

The big question! Amazon Q has two plans, Amazon Q Business priced at $20 per user per month, and Amazon Q Builder priced at $25 per user per month.
