Here are the steps:
First, write how long the presentation should take and the key points to cover.
You will receive prompts that will give you the outlines (slides) of the presentation.
Second, write a prompt for each slide to ChatGPT similar to the following prompt:
prompt: Write the content of the “Introduction” slide. This should be just one slide. Focus on the following expressions {expressions important to you to see}
You will receive text for the introduction slide. Continue this for the following slides and easily create your presentation with the help of AI.

Let’s admit it, there are many tasks Excel can help us with but we are not familiar enough with the formulas and capabilities. But now, with ChatGPT, things are simpler!
For example, if I have a column with dates and I want to write the corresponding names of the days in the next column, now I know there is a formula for that thanks to ChatGPT (if it’s clear to you, it’s not the time to boast, move on to the next article :)).
So how does it work?
Describe the task you need to perform in Excel to ChatGPT and get a precise explanation and formula that you can simply copy to your document. That simple.
Here’s another example. We need barcodes for all items in the store. We asked ChatGPT how to do it. Here’s the answer we got:
Download a list of products and the CODE128 barcode font to Excel.
Select the product identifier (number or text) and change the font style to CODE128 barcode font. Once you change the font style, the text will turn into a barcode.
Pretty cool, right?
These were simple examples, but ChatGPT can create endless solutions for you that you used to work on for hours.
