Whether you are a Midjourney enthusiast or on your way there, there is no doubt that familiarity with this tool can change your life. Despite its amazing capabilities, its interface can be a bit challenging at times since it operates more like a chat than the tools or applications we are used to creating.
One of the frequently asked questions is how to upload an image to Midjourney? So, to make it easy for everyone, here is how it works:
In the search bar where you type the instruction, click on the + icon
In the opened menu, click on ‘upload file’
Choose the image you want from your device – remember that the image will be uploaded to the server you are working on, and unless it is private, it will be shared once you upload it
Once you have uploaded the image, it will have its URL, click on the image and copy the URL of the image (right-click on the mouse or open in a new window and copy the image address)
You are ready, go back to the search bar, paste the link, and write the instruction you want regarding the image
