What is breathhh.app?
It all starts with a nice Chrome extension that you can easily install on your computer.
Then you will see a small, happy icon accompanying you on the side of the screen throughout the day. At any moment during the day, while you are working on the computer, you can click on it and take a break for a few seconds to stop and take two or three quality breaths (or a few more if you’re up for it).
In addition, the extension allows you to choose a sound that will play in the background to improve concentration.
