Sources say that LinkedIn is working on an ‘AI-based coach’ that helps to easily find a job, learn new skills, and find additional ways to connect with relevant people through the platform.
The new coach will act as a chatbot that helps submit job applications to the most suitable positions for you, thus improving and streamlining the job search process from the candidates’ side and finding suitable candidates from the employers’ side.
The new chatbot, ‘LinkedIn Coach,’ is expected to also help build ‘stronger’ connections to create a network that supports your career or business goals.
From the initial glimpse of the platform, it can be seen that Microsoft emphasizes its presence and primarily allows users to understand its approach as a company that operates the AI-based chatbot as part of the race of giant companies to capture their place in the market, which is booming on one hand and needs to demonstrate and reassure the audience that ethics and other things that keep us as humans are preserved (the new player 2 claude is at the center).

It seems that LinkedIn’s new AI coach will take the business platform, which continues to grow, a step forward and help us streamline the job search process, save simple actions that can be automated, and create connections with high potential matches.
